Sexual Harassment Trainer Job Description
- Provide interactive sexual harassment training seminars to large companies and small businesses. Face to Face or Via Video Conferencing.
- Build lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
- Oversee and facilitate seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.

Sexual Harassment Trainer Job Description Requirement
- 3+ years experience in human resources, corporate training, business law, or related experience (OSHA, investigations, management, etc.)
- Desired not required Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fee negotiation (you set your rate and are connected directly with your clients!)
- Must be very comfortable with public speaking!
