Employee Harassment Training is a partnership between Ron Marquardt & Jill Scala. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your employees. It is our policy that your company and personal information such as name, address, phone number, e-mails, are all confidential. EHT does not sell or rent any personal information.


We use customer information only for the purposes of providing professional referrals to trainers, so they may perform Harassment/Bullying training. EHT is not responsible for the content of seminars provided, state law content, or outcome of services rendered by third party.


Our EHT site is for general information purposes only. The information contained on our site is not advice. Any liability that might arise from use or reliance on the information within, blogs, or any links from this site is disclaimed.

Occasionally EHT may provide links to other training sites of for your convenience. We do not control or maintain the material presented by other organizations on their web site. Third Party Vendors: All vendors associated with EHT are assumed to have the following training backgrounds:


Master's degrees, or doctorates, with a minimum of 2 yrs experience with employment law. Other trainers are human resource professionals or harassment prevention consultants. Educational professionals, with state teaching degrees, with experience in HR, are also expected.


Per various state requirements, these trainers each have a minimum of two years of practical experience conducting and/or designing harassment and discrimination prevention training, responding to harassment or discrimination complaints, conducting investigations of sexual harassment complaints or advising employers.


Several senior corporate training instructors have been certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as either Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).


EHT does not take responsibility for services rendered, or the validation of provider state licenses, i.e. legal, mental health, teaching, etc. It is the responsibility of the third party to question the selected provider's background, credentials, experience, etc. EHT is simply a registry of provider contact information, & everything else is disclaimed.
