Master's degrees, or doctorates, with a minimum of 2 yrs experience with employment law. Other trainers are human resource professionals or harassment prevention consultants. Educational professionals, with state teaching degrees, with experience in HR, are also expected.
Per various state requirements, these trainers each have a minimum of two years of practical experience conducting and/or designing harassment and discrimination prevention training, responding to harassment or discrimination complaints, conducting investigations of sexual harassment complaints or advising employers.
Several senior corporate training instructors have been certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as either Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
EHT does not take responsibility for services rendered, or the validation of provider state licenses, i.e. legal, mental health, teaching, etc. It is the responsibility of the third party to question the selected provider's background, credentials, experience, etc. EHT is simply a registry of provider contact information, & everything else is disclaimed.
