Our training is designed for all employees, including non-supervisory staff, supervisors, and managers. Certain states may have specific training requirements for different roles. New hires (within a set timeframe after starting). Our harassment training is customized to meet State and Federal regulations. Several States also require bystander intervention training.

We provide PowerPoint slides, State mandates, company policies, an assessment demonstrating employees' learning and application and complete the training with a Certificate of Completion for each employee.
Yes, they can. However, managers/supervisors are held to higher standards and often require 2 hours of training and employees typically require 1 hour of training.
Some companies will offer the training for Managers and employees combined by offering the first hour for all employees/managers. The second hour only managers/supervisors would attend.

Yes. Upon successful completion, participants receive a downloadable certificate that can be printed or saved for employer records.
